Initiative Construction, a boutique construction firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, was ready for a brand evolution and that’s where OMNIUX came in. Through a complete rebrand including a new logo, brand kit, and website, AURENZA was born.

With its sophisticated green, black, and gold palette, AURENZA embodies the essence of Luxury Lifestyle Redefined Beyond the visual identity, OMNIUX orchestrated a private launch event to unveil the new brand, helping propel the company to over ten new development projects within just six months.

The AURENZA website was built from the ground up using PayloadCMS, featuring a fully mobile-responsive frontend and achieving an average 96 percent performance score on Google Lighthouse. Supported by targeted Instagram ad campaigns, AURENZA’s social presence surged – growing from only 99 followers under their previous brand name to over 1,029 and counting.”
